Carlotta is the Director of Consumer Experience at IA's Retail Studio, with over 8 years of experience leading retail and workplace projects. She leads HumanX by IA Retail - a research initiative focused on transforming retail design through deep insights into consumer needs and behaviors. A psychologist by training, Carlotta is passionate about transforming how we work, play, and live through human-centric strategy and design. She holds a Master's in Research and Neuropsychology from the University of Göttingen.
