Esther Martins

Esther Martins is currently the Dean of the Built Environment Faculty at Inscape Education Group, where she holds a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape. In her capacity, she is dedicated to establishing essential structures and ensuring the high quality of academic offerings. Esther actively contributes to the planning, development, and renewal of academic programs, providing valuable assistance in program design, accreditation, and reaccreditation. Esther's research focuses on meaning-making, decolonizing interior design education, and practice. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Interior Architecture that looks at epistemic access and transformation by crafting decolonial pedagogies for the benefit of interior design studio praxis.
