Client: XMXYG REAL ESTATE
The client brief called for a high-end, immersive environment that would not only display residences but also provide a luxurious, relaxing clubhouse experience. The project spans multiple functional zones, including the reception lobby, sand table area, artistic corridors, water bar, discussion spaces, and elevated recreational areas. Each space is carefully designed to offer both a welcoming atmosphere and a distinctive, memorable experience for visitors.
A key design highlight is the extensive use of curved GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) elements, precisely prefabricated as seamless modules. This material allows flowing, double-curved forms that resemble waves or surging water, giving the static space dynamic vitality and sculptural quality. Surfaces are finished with smooth transitions, showcasing the marriage of technology and design while enabling complex architectural gestures. The lobby features mosaic patterns, subtle floor inlays, and a blue crystal reception desk that evoke romance and island charm. Skylights, petal-shaped grooves, and gradient glass bridges extend this fluidity into the sand table area, maintaining visual continuity.
Artistic corridors under the bridge incorporate metal and glass portals to frame large-scale installations, while high-gloss finishes enhance vertical perception. The circular water bar on the lower level, guided by metal arches and layered crystal columns, serves as the central visual pivot of the clubhouse. Discussion areas combine soft curves and structured elements, with blue crystal columns harmonizing with a floral-inspired aesthetic. The elevated floor supports community activities such as a bar, billiards, chess, and floral workshops, linking all zones through a continuous design language.
Sustainability and innovation are embedded through the use of prefabricated GRG, which reduces waste and allows precise on-site installation, as well as intelligent lighting strategies that enhance energy efficiency and human-centered comfort. Overall, the project exemplifies how a show flat and development space can move beyond functional requirements, offering an experiential, high-quality environment that blends art, technology, and everyday luxury.
