Jonny Sin

Jonny Sin is the Founder and Managing Director of Sin&Co., a boutique architecture and hospitality advisory studio with studios in London and Auckland. With over 20 years of international experience, he specialises in hospitality design, combining strategic thinking with technical delivery across luxury hotels and lifestyle environments.

Prior to founding Sin&Co., Jonny held a board-level leadership role at ReardonSmith Architects, where he led complex international hotel projects including the major refurbishment of The Dorchester in London. His expertise spans hospitality strategy, operational planning, technical coordination and experience-led design.
