Lawrence Ko is an award-winning architect and design leader with more than 35 years of experience delivering transformative mixed-use, workplace, retail, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects across the United States and internationally. Known for combining strategic vision with design excellence, Lawrence has led complex developments that create dynamic environments, strengthen brand identity, revitalize building and urban spaces.
His portfolio includes the repositioning of 401 Park, the former Sears distribution center in Boston; the Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards in Manhattan; the New Balance Headquarters at Boston Landing; Disney Springs in Orlando; The LINQ Hotel + Casino in Las Vegas; and the TMC3 Collaborative Building in Houston. More recent work includes the transformation of Watertown Exploratory Labs, the former 1931 Western Electric Company headquarters, into multi-tenant lab and office space, as well as HELIX H-1: The New Jersey Health + Life Science Exchange. His international experience includes projects in Tokyo, Abu Dhabi and Mérida.
