We know preparing your entry takes time and thought, so we’ve put together a few frequently asked questions to help guide you through the process and craft a winning submission.

What is the eligibility period for WIN 2025?

Projects must have been completed on or after 1 January 2022 to be eligible, except for pop-ups and temporary exhibitions, which must have been completed on or after 1 January 2023.

There is no limit to the number of projects you may enter.
Projects completed before 8 August 2025 are eligible.

Who can enter?

Entries are open to anyone who designs or commission interiors, from interior designers and architects to developers, retailers and hoteliers.

When is the last chance I can amend my entry?

Once you have fully submitted and paid for your entry you will be able to make amendments all the way up until 11:59pm 8th August (BST).

To do this please go back into your portal and edit your entry, you can swap out images, change text and titles etc.

What are the entry fees and deadlines?

Early bird entry deadline: Thursday 5 June 2025 - £405 +VAT

Standard entry deadline: Tuesday 8 July 2025 - £515 +VAT

Final entry deadline: Thursday 8 August 2025 - £555 +VAT

Note: Once you have fully submitted and paid for your entry you will be able to make amendments all the way up until 11:59pm 8th August (BST). Get your entry in early to save!


I am a freelancer, can I apply?

Yes! Freelancers are more than welcome and encouraged to apply for WIN 2025.

How do I enter?

All entries are made through our online entry system. Once you've downloaded and read the entry kit, follow these simple instructions to upload your entry:

To begin:

1. Register online or sign-in to your existing account.

2. Select the category you would like to enter. Multiple entries are welcome.

3. Provide the required entry details.

4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to make multiple entries.

5. Submit & pay for your entries.

Can I enter multiple projects?

Yes of course! As long as your entry is relevant and meets the category requirements then you are welcome to submit multiple entries.

What do I need to submit for my entry?

You will need to submit the following:


• Project name

• Client name

• Practice name

• Name of lead designer(s)

• Names of any other design team members you would like to credit (including independent contractors)

• Completion date

• City (State if applicable)

• Country


Then we also ask for a supportive text that summarises your entry in 500 words or less alongside uploaded materials:

  • One lead image in size 705x350px. Please ensure you label the lead image file as “LEAD IMAGE”.
  • One thumbnail in size 614x614px.Please ensure you label this image file as “HERO IMAGE”.
  • An A3 PDF presentation. This should include floor plans at max size, large images of your project from various angles and details on the key challenges of the client brief and how your design addressed it (approx 500 words).
  • Up to eight high resolution gallery images of the project in size 1280x854px

What are the Grand Prix categories?

By entering any of our paid-for categories for the WIN Awards 2025, you'll automatically be in the running for four of the prestigious Grand Prix awards.
